Amritsari Naan

Whenever we think about north Indian, a lot of butter and spices come into our mind. Naan is the best dish of Amritsar with perfect crunch in it. Amritsari Naan has been a constant companion for years whenever we go out and eat North Indian meals. I generally like to have  naan  more than  tandoori roti  and order it every time for myself with or without butter. Amritsari Naan goes well with almost all North Indian curries both, vegetarian or non-vegetarian, and specially  paneer butter masala  and butter chicken. I was longing to have this naan again and instead of going to the restaurant, I thought why not make it myself at home. I always thought of making something like naan was a bit too much work, but it is actually not. It comes out nicely and tastes awesome and at the end it gives a great feeling to have made it yourself. Here is the recipe for delicious Amritsari Kulcha

Well,  you say the word Mumbai the next word that automatically that comes to the mind is Vada Pav. What is Vada Pav? Well in simpler  terms aloo Vada  or Bonda  in a pav (Buns) with mint chutney and dry garlic chutney. I personally like the just the dry garlic chutney. It might seem very simple but very few people have mastered the art of making it the right way. This is one snack you should definitely try when you visit Mumbai. I am a die-hard fan of fried food and Vada pav is one of my favourites. I used to have it for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Well, I won't ask you to do that as I ended up gaining 10 kilos. Well, you will spot a Vada-Pav stall after every 500 metres. Though not all places serve the best Vada-Pav. Fresh Vada coming out of frying pan brings tears of joy in my eyes. I am hungry again time for a another one. Quick Snack in such a hectic and busy in  Mumbai Easy on the pocket Here is the recipe for delicious Vada pav for snacks
